Since my last post there were three weeks. It was because of midterm exams. I had to study a little bit but today I had the last exam so I'm totally free :)
Przyrządził dwa rodzaje risotto- dyniowe i grzybowe.
Before midterm exams I was at Maria Roberta's flat on the Italian dinner, prepared by chief Valerio. He prepared two kinds of risotto- pumkin's risotto and risotto funghi. Unfortunately I haven't got photos of these dishes but they were very delicious.
Trochę pomagałem Valerio i Martinie w kuchni/ I helped Valerio and Martina in cooking, a little bit ;)

Kot też polubił włoską kuchnię/ Cat liked the Italian kitchen
Unfortunately I have no photos and travelling, so I will show you few turkish delights and dishes, which I tasted.
Dlatego niedziela to typowo rybny dzień.
On every Sundays I go to the bazaar with my flatmates and we buy fish, which we fry or grilled in the oven. They look like chips. So Sunday is a day of the fish in our flat.

kucharz Ferman- kolega współlokatora Ilkaya z miasta Diyarbakır/ chief Ferman- friend of my flatmate-Ilkay, from Diyarbakır
Turkey is famous of many kinds of soups. Until these days I tried only two kinds. First was Ezogelin çorbası- classsical soup based on the red lentil, bulgur, rice, spicy pepper, mint and other ingridients. I got it from our neighbor, after short conversation in Turkish :)

Different soup which I tried was soup from brain of ram or sheep, prepared by Ilkay's aunt. It called kelle paça. Unfortunately I don't like it.
Czas na desery.
Time on the desserts.
First of them , it's turkish halvah, which I bought in the bazaar. Halvah is one of the most popular sweet delights in Turkey, besides baklava. It's very delicious and it isn't too much sweet.
The other kind of dessert is a liquid halvah. Sesame mass is connectined with natural grapes juice and you can eat it-dunking bread in it.

turecki miód- tysiąc razy lepszy niż polski/ Tukish honey, better thousand times than Polish.
The last delight, the best for me is a pudding called "Ashure". This pudding-soup consists of twenty different ingridients, prpared by Noah- man who saved many animals during flood using his ship- Ark.

Afiyet olsun ve Merhaba !!!!
